Managed Services
We take over your day-to-day operations, enhancing your Engineering and business functions and enabling greater agility and scalability.
We provide electromechanical Managed Services across variety of sectors. Our approach to Managed Services reflects on our understanding of different needs requirement of our clients. We therefore provide two different Electromechanical Managed Services model called “Onua” and “Adamfo Pa” to our clients.
The Adamfo Pa model is a break/fix or on-demand model where Engineers Hub performs on-demand services and bills the customer only for the work done.
The Onua package involves simplification of client’s electrical and cooling infrastructure maintenance so as to avoid outages and shutdowns during peak demands at a competitive price with improved quality.
Our mixed team of experienced, certified engineers, technicians, Electromechanics, supply chain practitioners and project managers will work closely with you to analyses your power and cooling needs with its related maintenance and capital cost so as to tailor a Managed Services contract that ensures frequent power and cooling requirements with a guaranteed cost savings and improved service.
Managing your Engineering operational environments for better business outcomes
Engineers HUB Electromechanical maintenance unit is expert in managing ,electrical and power systems, cooling systems including HVAC, various types of air conditions, Mortuary Refrigerators & Freezers , both low voltage and high voltage Infrastructure assets across a range of sectors, including, Power Generation, Mining , Manufacturing , Oil and Gas, Hospitality and hospitals etc.
Our capabilities include:
- Annual Preventive maintenance
- Asset maintenance strategy
- Plant outages, shutdown, turnaround management and execution
- Maintenance performance and productivity analysis and reporting
- Ability to meet client’s time schedule
Preventive Maintenance:
- Engineers HUB offers this scheduled event and we can provide for periodic service calls (monthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually) to clean, adjust, test and calibrate the instruments and control systems throughout a customer’s plant.
- We supply Qualified Technicians to completely check all the instruments and their associated control/process loops.
- The benefits of this maintenance program will be assurance of instrument accuracy elimination of most instrument related problems, consistent process control and decrease in process downtime caused by control failure

Engineers’ hub provides you with maintenance cost reduction through collaborative inventory planning and procurement just in time and VMI. This will subsequently improve cash flow as inventory related cost which is our cost but not yours. You are guarantied cost savings and efficiency in the creation of profitable up-time, while reducing downtime and machine breakdowns.
Prevention is better than cure!
Our Maintenance approach
Although we provide break/fix or on-demand Maintenance service to some clients, our preferred approach can be summed up by Desiderius Erasmus’s quote “Prevention is better than cure”
What does it mean?
We do not recommend “If it’s not broke don’t fix it or “If it’s not broken, let’s keep it that way”.” as this strategy although may sometimes bring savings in a short term, the reverse results in the long run.
Our preferred approach is what we call Pre2maintenance which is a combination of a carefully designed maintenance program called Preventive maintenance (PM) and a monitoring or a condition-based approach called Predictive maintenance (PDM).
Our approach involves:
- Plan Pre2maintenance base on OEM maintenance requirements and industry framework
- Monitoring deviation of equipment performance, PSI, vibration analysis, widgets/hour
- Visual inspection or observation of equipment performance by Technicians
- Integration of Environmental , safety and quality requirement
- Analysis and review of Pre2maintenance schedules effectiveness
- Collaborative MRO planning and Demand management
- Workload, Manpower planning and scheduling
- Collaborative MRO procurement inventory management
- Maintenance cost accounting
- An integrated information sharing and system
